My Story
If you're like me, you identify yourself as an athlete. I've been highly active all my life including playing 3 sports in high school and whenever I'm not working I'm either on a tennis court or hanging out with my wife and dog. In addition to keeping my body strong and athletic, sports have also helped my mind stay healthy. Tennis improves my mood, energy levels, and sleep quality which positively impacts my relationships with friends and family and enthusiasm to work. I recognize that when you're hurt, not only do you lose the ability to play, but you lose your identity as an athlete and this can affect you as a spouse, parent, co-worker, friend, sibling, etc.
I became a physical therapist in order to to help hurt athletes re-discover their identity as athletes. I graduated Azusa Pacific University's DPT program in 2021 and have helped thousands of patients overcome pain, recover from injury and surgery, and get their life back. I created Transformation Rehab and Performance in late 2024 to not only to help guide tennis athletes back on the court, but also to use my knowledge as a strength coach to help them exceed their athletic goals as well.
